High-efficiency winding wire for submersible motors that should fit in small space. Features composite polymers, designed for the highest current density (>30 amp/sqmm).
Primary Uses: Ideal for motors 6”, 7”, 8”, 10”, 12”, 14”, 16”, 20” & 24”. Suited well for confined spaces and for harsh conditions

- Current Density: Engineered for high efficiency with a conductor current density between 30-35 amp per sqmm
- Excellent heat transfer from copper conductor to insulation to outer medium (Air/Water/Oil)
- Temperature Stability: Functional across a wide range of -50°C to +150°C
- Electrical Power: Supports an operating voltage of 3 kV with dielectric strength between 7500 to 8500 V/mil
- High breakdown voltage (10-12 kV)
- Compact Design: Insulation RTI ranges from 150 to 350 microns, allowing for efficient motor winding in tight spaces

- Size Availability: Standard production range covers conductor diameters from 1.0 mm to 3.5 mm
